Little Talks

Where do you Work?

Oh... And what else going on?

Wondering what these questions are? Well, today I am out of topics. So I am trying to make little talks. One sided it is I know and you are lazy to comment but what is bad in having some hopes. Someday, some good soul will reply and make me feel good.

Why am I taking efforts to write when I don't have a topic, you might wonder. I just want to make it a habit of writing at least 1 post per week. Anyways the other guy did not post anything this week. I was hoping he would write and since he never posted anything, hence this post.

Little talks are great they say, it helps to start a conversation and create friends. I would prefer to disagree. I have little talks with people who I do not know much, but would like to know more. Being an introvert I do not take efforts in initiating a conversation more than this. I always prefer you take the next step. And so I don't talk much.

If you prefer to differ your opinion, then you must either be a friend of mine. With friends I usually don't have little talks. I guess this action common among all. If not, then I am abnormal or you.

No wonder it is called little talks. It must have been invented by some introvert. Or might be an extrovert tried to have a conversation with a super introvert. Not being able to take the conversation any further, the extrovert might have coined this word.

Whatever the origin, it does not bother. I have written a post big enough. So it was nice knowing you.

It was 7:30 in the morning of 4th March, 2017 at Chandni Chowk, Pune. 22 people on 18 rides set out for a journey of different sorts. I was also there, like a ghost among the 22 different souls. Kasarsai Dam and Beyond

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Famous proverb, agreed by many, followed by few. Well, I'm one of those, who follows this from the heart. And I have my own version of it. It goes something like this No road trip, makes roy ma sad boy. Pretty lame, huh. If you have anything better, do mention it in the comments. So this time, I set out on a trip to Kasarsai Dam with my friend Zeyn . One does not always ride solo, cause even Han Solo is not solo. He always has Chewbacca for company. (For those who don't know Han Solo and Chewbacca, go watch Star Wars). And yes, me and Zeyn are like Han Solo and Chewie. Okay. Now coming back to the trip. I had been to Kasarsai a few times earlier as well. Its a pretty nice place - with a serene environment, the sound of lapping water, chirping of birds, wind blowing on your face and finally the pleasant view of the setting sun. Kasarsai in its glory. Team Infy @ Alibaug and more...

This one is about the trip after I left Infosys. There are one too many trips that I have been in past 2-12 months that I have not written about, including trip to Manali. So, please bear with me. A good old saintly person by the name of Baba Roysonath once said - Better late than never . FaisalKhan02 My last day in Infy and Faisal Khan02 (my cubicle mate) asked me if I would be interested in a trip to Nagaon/Alibaug. I wasn't sure about it but I don't know why I agreed for it. Sometimes you don't think before you decide and this one was a similar decision. Next day at 5am I get a call that the bus is reaching in 15 minutes, come at the gate of the society. And I was still in bed, sleeping through the alarm, woken up by the call. Somehow I mustered strength to get out of bed, get ready, pack the bag and meet with others boarding from the same place.
